Privacy policy

We collect information you choose to provide, such as handles, public profile links, public video links, email addresses, support messages, quiz answers, and plan selections.

When you request a read, we may process public social media information such as recent post metrics, thumbnails, captions, transcripts, profile images, follower counts, and public video metadata. We never ask for platform passwords or private social analytics.

We also collect basic technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, pages viewed, referral information, rate-limit session identifiers, and app events needed to operate, secure, and improve Aubrey.

We use information to provide account-relative creator diagnostics, compare public posts to an account's usual baseline, generate AI-assisted observations, operate free and paid reads, prevent abuse, measure funnel performance, provide support, and improve the service.

If you buy a plan, payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We may store Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, and payment references so we can manage access, credits, receipts, refunds, and account recovery.

Aubrey uses automated systems and service providers to analyze public creator content. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, and they should be treated as content strategy suggestions, not guaranteed outcomes.

Aubrey is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, ByteDance, or any social platform. Platform content remains subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policies.

We may share information with vendors that help us run Aubrey, including hosting, database, storage, analytics, payments, email or messaging, public social data access, AI model access, security, and support providers. These providers process information on our behalf.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Aubrey, maintain subscriptions and credit records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. You can request deletion, but we may retain limited records where required for security, legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting ethan@middlemiddlellc.com. You can unsubscribe from optional communications using the instructions in those messages.

Aubrey is not intended for children under 13. Do not use Aubrey if you are under 13.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
